My F350 power stroke pick-up needed an oil/filter service, had an open recall on the oil block heater plug wiring and developed a check engine warning light. I brought my truck back to Columbia Ford where I purchased years earlier. They are so professional, clean and efficient. A vacuum hose had been cracked and broken causing the check engine light to come on. I was impressed that the service technician had cut a portion of the damaged hose and taped it to the service report so that I could see exactly what had happened. Of course the recall was checked and no issues were indicated and the oil and oil filter were changed also. In order to make my visit less inconvenient, I was able to obtain a loaner car which enabled me to continue my work day without interruption. I highly recommend this dealership and service center to all my friends who are contemplating a new vehicle.

Mike Pahlas introduced us to John Senick in sales, John was great! He was personable, knowledgeable, and we didn't feel pressured at all.
