Our main responsibility is to fix your vehicle right "The First Time." Rest assured, we will not perform any work on your vehicle unless you fully understand the necessity for it, as well as the cost.

Our facility is equipped with a night key-drop for your convenience should you need to leave your vehicle after hours. If you come in during working hours, we will do our very best to get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Relax and enjoy our Customer Waiting Area, equipped with internet access as well as a diner for your comfort and convenience. If you can't wait for your vehicle, we'll be more than happy to bring you to your local destination in our shuttle, and upon request will pick you up and return you to Columbia Ford Lincoln Kia. Should you require extended temporary transportation, we have Enterprise Rental conveniently located right on our premises.

We do our best to make the service on your vehicle our worry, not yours. While in our care, your vehicle will be treated with respect. Your Service Adviser will promptly relay to you any issues we find, over and above the repairs it was brought in for.
