Chris lives in Plainfield and has 22 years of customer service with 19 years at Columbia Ford. Chris is our General Sales Manager, and he is Master Certified in Sales. He is a proud husband and father of 3 children, Chris, Sabrena, and Samuel. As the head of our sales team, Chris enjoys seeing patrons bring the next generation of family to our dealership to receive the same great quality in product and services.

Derek Rudge has 15 years of automotive experience, having held positions of Service Consultant to General Manager, and he is excited to put those years of knowledge to work for you. Derek has a life-long love of automobiles and his passion for cars is only eclipsed by his desire to provide the best possible buying experience to each and every customer. He enjoys spending time with his family and currently resides in Massachusetts with his wife, Melissa, and daughter, Elizabeth.

John lives in Brooklyn, CT. He has 26 years experience in the automotive business, with 16 years at Columbia Ford. He is Master Certified in Sales and is a member of Legend Leaders Club, and a member of the Professional Sales Association. John is also the proud father of two sons, Kyle and Matthew.

Steve lives in Windham, CT. He has over 15 years experience in customer service, 10 years with Columbia Ford. Steve is Master Certified in Sales Management, and he is an experienced consultant in leasing sales.

Tony grew up in Columbia. He has 10 years experience in auto sales with 5 years at Columbia Ford. Tony is Master Certified in Commercial Trucks and is able to help in all your commercial needs.

Ed has 5 years of customer service experience, and he is very excited to be working here at Columbia Ford. Soon to be a father, Ed is looking forward to spending time with his new wife and soon his child.

Cassidy Vaughn is originally from Fairfield County, and he moved six years ago to Brooklyn, CT. Cassidy worked as a sports agent in NYC, then moved on to a sales position in Wilton, CT. He has held real estate and insurance licenses, and he owned a consulting company before coming on board here at Columbia Ford. Cassidy has over 15 years in sales and customer service experience. His family includes his wife, Kelly, and son, Robert.

Joshua Terry is the son a Marine and he grew up all over the country and in Japan! When his parents separated, Joshua lived with his mother in the Columbia area of Connecticut where he attended Windham High School. He is the proud father of three daughters; Madison, Emma, and Kendal. They are the loves of his life, and that is why he works hard to take care of his customers, selling cars here at Columbia Ford!

Richard Alzerreca is a new resident of Connecticut. Born and raised in Miami, he is enjoying the more relaxed feel of the New England area. Richard was previously a business owner, working as a principal mortgage broker. He loved running an honest business. He joined Columbia Ford in April of 2010. Richard and his family are actively involved with their local church and they spend a lot of time there outside of work.
